“The Board confirms the common rule that to be  an International Case Reader, one must be a Teaching Member for a minimum of two years and be mentored (co-read) on two different Cases by two different International Case Readers.”

  1. The applicant must have been an ISST Teaching Member for two years.
  2. After two years experience as a Teaching Member, the applicant should be mentored by an experienced ISST Case reader.
  3. Two different final ISST case reports, should be read and evaluated by the applicant under the guidance and evaluation of two different Case Readers. (One case by each Case reader). One of the case readers must be from a different ISST Society to that of the applicant.
  4. When the mentoring Case Reader decides that the applicant has reached the standard of an ISST Case reader they will submit the aspiring case readers  application to the ISST Certification committee along with all evaluations.

NOTE: Local ISST Societies may have requirements in addition to these minimum requirements.
